Päivi Pöyry-Lassila, PhD, Lic.Sc.(Tech.), MA (Educ), works as a principal lecturer (RDI) and the project manager (1 Jan. 2015 - 19 June 2016) of MORFEUS at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Päivi's research interests include, e.g., the process of collaborative knowledge creation, the socio-material practices in knowledge co-creation, and innovative knowledge communities as a structure of knowledge co-creation. Earlier she has worked as a programme manager and a researcher at Aalto University. Päivi defended her doctoral dissertation 'Collaborative, Informal Learning in Distributed Knowledge-Intensive Work: Organizational Contingencies' in 2015 at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University (http://sci.aalto.fi/en/current/events/vaitos_poyry-lassila_paivi/).
